Terms and Conditions Policy

1. Lead Times

All lead times are estimates only. Kinship Customs is not liable for delays caused by material availability, suppliers, or factors outside our reasonable control.

2. Cancellations & Changes

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Changes after approval may not be possible and may incur additional costs.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Kinship Customs is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers.

4. Installation

Installation must be carried out by a licensed and qualified tradesperson. Kinship Customs is not responsible for installation errors or compatibility issues. Improper installation voids warranty claims.

5. Warranty

Warranty terms are outlined in the Kinship Customs Warranty Policy. A 12-month warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. Natural patina, wear, misuse, incorrect installation, or harsh cleaning products are not covered.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by the Returns & Exchanges Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for made-to-order products. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Updates

Kinship Customs may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published at the time of purchase applies.
